Shipping Policy
This policy applies to orders purchased directly from Quiet Acres Press. Orders placed through another retailer, marketplace, or distributor are subject to that seller’s shipping policies.
Processing Times
Orders are prepared for shipment after payment has been received and the order is ready for fulfillment. Processing times may vary during holidays, new releases, preorders, periods of high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Available shipping methods and charges are shown during checkout. Rates may vary based on destination, package size and weight, order value, and carrier service.
Tracking
When tracking is available, shipment information may be provided through our order system or directly by the carrier. Tracking updates and estimated delivery dates are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery appointments.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact Quiet Acres Press as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Delays, Lost Packages & Delivery Problems
Carrier delays may occur after a package leaves Quiet Acres Press. If tracking shows an unusual delay, apparent loss, or other delivery issue, please contact us with your order number. We may review tracking information or request a carrier investigation before determining the appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Orders that arrive damaged, materially defective, or incorrect are handled according to our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal, or another delivery issue, Quiet Acres Press will review the circumstances before reshipping or issuing a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply when the issue was not caused by Quiet Acres Press.
Preorders
Preorder items ship according to the release and fulfillment information provided for the product. If an order includes both preorder and currently available items, shipment timing may depend on the checkout option selected or the terms stated for that preorder.
International Shipping
International shipping is available only when offered during checkout. Customers may be responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, customs charges, or other import requirements unless Quiet Acres Press specifically states otherwise.
Policy Updates
Quiet Acres Press may update this Shipping Policy as our products, shipping methods, or operations change.
